This must be one of the worst asdas in the uk, They have completely lost the plot with these self service checkouts, and only opening 3 at the furthest end of the store. The person on the self service checkouts was bloody useless and did not know anything, least of all why the damn machine kept telling me to remove my items after i scanned them.Nearly left the whole damn trolley load of shoppping .The disabled bays are always full of able bodied drivers who just dont give a damn about others.Maybe thats the sort of custom Asda want thick morons who take 2 hours to scan an item trying to work out what is a bar code.
Unless they get it sorted out quickly i can see chaos at christmas,i know i wont be shopping there again.
The whole store needs a rethink and maybe a new manager, that knows what is what .
The food is ok, they don't have a loyalty card of any sort. It is the cheapest supermarket in Cambridge but this shows in the produce. I would not shop there for veg. However, I? once dropped my motorbike keys and a member of staff found them and hung about untill he saw a guy with a helmet looking around the place.
I would just like to say that I have found the staff here to be the most helpful, polite people anywhere. They were fantastic when became ill instore a couple of years ago, and are always very understanding when I lose the plot on the self-service checkouts.
The review of the students in Cambridge should be taking in consideration, because they drive the economy of the city.
The students’ say might be important to take in consideration.
Are you students or graduate from Cambridge Uk?
